Harish is a simple lad from HD Kote town, an overgrown village some 15 kms from our resort at Kabini. He holds a degree in Commerce and started out working with an automotive spare parts company before joining us in 2007.
With no experience in the hospitality sector, he was a little unsure of himself in the beginning. However, he was taken in by our accommodating style and way of work. Today he delights in being part of a great accounts team who show him a lot of respect (though a novice still!) and from whom he learns much. This “family spirit” is conducive to productivity of a very high order, he reminds us. It’s a family he is happy to be a part of and in whose growth he is keen to participate and contribute in the years to come.
