Saraswati must be one of the most celebrated of our employees. A casual perusal of our comments book at the coffee lounge will bear this out. Saraswati hails from the neighboring state of Kerala but came to live in Coorg from the age of six when her parents migrated to these parts. She has studied up to pre-university and is planning to take up higher studies soon. Besides English, she speaks four Indian languages with ease. She joined us in 2007 and started work at our Health and Fitness center. But soon her destiny beckoned in the form of a vacancy that arose in our coffee lounge. Believe us when we tell you that she was seeing a coffee machine for the first time when she came to her new post. But Saraswati and coffee seem to have an affinity that was scripted in the stars. She brought forth the most delectable and aromatic brews we have seen, smelt or savored in this part of the world. She will radiantly tell you that she makes up to 100 cups of coffee a day at peak season time, while expertly adorning your Cappuccino with latte-art - a soulful heart for the poet and romantic in you, a clover leaf if you are green or design-centric, or a spiral if you are mystically inclined. Small wonder our resort in Coorg is a coffee drinker's haven. It's thanks to our first lady of coffee!
